Returns Policy

At ReinozArt (Irene Gil Perez, Tax ID/NIF 74383113D) we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to consumers in Spain, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason (Art. 102 TRLGDCU).

2. Conditions for Return

The item must be in the same condition as received, without signs of use or manipulation beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functioning, and in its original packaging. Returns of works damaged by improper handling will not be accepted.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following (Art. 103 TRLGDCU):

• Works made to measure or personalised according to customer specifications
• Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly by their nature
• Contracts for the supply of digital content (downloads) where performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have been informed that you lose the right of withdrawal

4. Fine Art Items and Drawing Materials

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns of opened, handled or damaged materials are not accepted.

5. Classes and Workshops

Classes and workshops are non-refundable once paid, except where the cause is attributable to the establishment.

The conditions in sections 4 and 5 are the same as those printed on the purchase receipt and apply without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers, in particular the statutory conformity warranty and the right of withdrawal in distance contracts (sections 1 to 3 of this policy).

6. Return Procedure

Once we receive your notification, we will advise you on the next steps for returning the item. You must return the goods without delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of communicating your decision to withdraw.

7. Return Costs

The direct costs of return shall be borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case ReinozArt will bear the costs.

8. Refund

Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will refund the total amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during transport, or one that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases:

• Return costs will be borne by ReinozArt
• We will replace or fully refund, as you prefer
• The statutory conformity warranty (2 years from delivery, under the TRLGDCU) applies independently of this voluntary returns policy
