Returns Policy

At ReinozArt (operated by Byron-Butler Corporation Ltd) we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to consumers in Spain (pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU) and in the United Kingdom (pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason (Art. 102 TRLGDCU / reg. 29 CCR 2013).

2. Conditions for Return

The item must be in the same condition as received, without signs of use or manipulation beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functioning, and in its original packaging. Returns of works damaged by improper handling will not be accepted.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following (Art. 103 TRLGDCU / reg. 28 CCR 2013):

  • Works made to measure or personalised according to customer specifications
  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly by their nature
  • Contracts for the supply of digital content (downloads) where performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have been informed that you lose the right of withdrawal

4. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing via:

Once we receive your notification, we will advise you on the next steps for returning the item. You must return the goods without delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of communicating your decision to withdraw.

5. Return Costs

For consumers in Spain: the direct costs of return shall be borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or damaged due to ReinozArt.

For consumers in the United Kingdom: ReinozArt will bear the direct costs of return where the product is defective or incorrect. In the case of withdrawal without cause, the consumer shall bear the return costs, provided they were informed of this before purchase.

6. Refund

Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will refund the total amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during transport, or one that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases:

  • Return costs will be borne by ReinozArt
  • We will replace or fully refund, as you prefer
  • The statutory conformity warranty (2 years in Spain / 6 years in the UK for goods) applies independently of this voluntary returns policy
