The website sells illustrations, artworks and digital content, and offers custom art commissions and enrolment in the courses and activities of the drawing and painting Academy ("the products" and "the services").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or placing an order on this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the site or purchase products.

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, if substantial, notified to registered users. Continued use of the site after changes constitute acceptance.

3. Pre-contractual Information and Contract Formation

The display of products and services on the website constitutes an invitation to make a request. By submitting the order or commission form you make a purchase request that ReinozArt will review: submitting the form does not involve any charge and does not bind either party. The contract is concluded when ReinozArt accepts your order and confirms it to you by email. ReinozArt may reject an order, in which case it will let you know by the same means.

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors in the data entered. The language of the contract will be Spanish or English, depending on your selection on the website.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, will be indicated before purchase completion.

Once your order has been accepted, we will email you the payment instructions and method.

If payment is made through Stripe, that platform processes it: we do not store credit card or payment data, and Stripe may require additional authentication (3D Secure) to complete the transaction. If the payment is rejected, the order will not be processed. In-person payments at the studio are processed through Square.

5. Delivery and Shipping

For physical products, the estimated delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process. ReinozArt is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon receipt of the order.

For digital products (downloadable), access is provided immediately after payment confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Full details, including exclusions and procedure, can be found in our Returns Policy.

7. Legal Warranty

All physical products purchased on this website have a statutory conformity warranty of 2 years from delivery (Directive 2019/771, as transposed into Spanish law through the TRLGDCU). This covers defects existing at the time of delivery. In the event of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract rescission, as applicable.

8. Digital Content

If you purchase digital content (downloadable illustrations, digital files), the right of withdrawal is lost once you have downloaded the file, provided you gave your express consent and were informed of this loss of right (Art. 103 TRLGDCU).

Digital content is licensed, not sold. You obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale or commercial use of digital content is prohibited without express authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including artworks, texts, logos, images and design, are the exclusive property of ReinozArt or used with appropriate authorisation. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without the express consent of the author is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable intellectual property law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, the Spanish Intellectual Property Act).

10. Website Use

You agree to:

• Not use the site for unlawful activities or contrary to good faith
• Not post offensive, defamatory or discriminatory comments or messages
• Not introduce viruses or any other malicious code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the site

11. Third-party Links

This site may contain links to external sites (social media, payment services). ReinozArt is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these sites. Access to such links is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and policies before providing personal data.

12. Limitation of Liability

ReinozArt does not guarantee continuous availability of the website and is not liable for damages arising from:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure
• Errors or omissions in the content
• Improper use of the site by the user

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReinozArt's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for those products.

13. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

14. Custom Commissions

Custom commissions (portraits, made-to-measure illustrations, tattoo designs or other work made to your instructions) are requested through the commissions form, by choosing one of the published plans or asking for a personalised quote. For personalised quotes, ReinozArt replies to your request with a quote and the work only begins once you accept it.

As the work is made to your specifications, the exceptions to the right of withdrawal set out in our Returns Policy apply. If you ask for the work to begin before the withdrawal period ends, you will be asked to expressly agree and to acknowledge that you lose that right once the work has started.

Any reference images you attach must be your own or be authorised by their owners, and you warrant that you have the right to use them for the commission.

15. Academy Courses and Activities

The ReinozArt drawing and painting Academy teaches group classes with places limited per time slot. Enrolment through the website is a request subject to availability and to our confirmation by email; it does not guarantee a place until you receive that confirmation. Free-entry open days and activities are likewise subject to limited places in order of registration.

Minors must be enrolled by their parent or legal guardian, who makes the enrolment and is responsible for the data provided.

The prices, schedules and conditions of each course are those published on its page. Classes and workshops are non-refundable once paid, except where the cause is attributable to the establishment (see the Returns Policy).

16. Governing Law, Complaints and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
