Drawing & Painting Course +7 · Level 1
At our drawing and painting workshop in A Coruña, children and teens aged 7+ take their first steps: drawing with graphite and charcoal, and learning to paint with watercolours and acrylic to lose their fear of the blank page and discover their own style. First class free, basic materials included.
The course
An introductory course at our drawing and painting workshop, designed so the youngest ones lose their fear of the blank page, discover their own style and have fun creating. We combine drawing, painting and first steps in digital art:
DRAWING
• Graphite and charcoal: first strokes, light and shadow to add depth to every drawing
• Figures with volume built from simple geometric shapes (spheres, cubes, prisms)
• Their own textures to personalise each character
PAINTING
• Painting with watercolours: controlling water, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry and dripping
• Colour mixing using the colour wheel
• Acrylic on canvas or wood, with a small exhibition at the end of the course
DIGITAL ART
• First brush strokes, layers and clipping masks
• Digital illustrations ready to print at home

Spots are confirmed in order of registration. After you get in touch, we'll tell you about schedules, available group and payment before confirming enrolment. Classes are held in person at our drawing and painting workshop in A Coruña.
