ReinozArt

ReinozArt is an art studio specialising in personalised illustrations, commissioned portraits, tattoo design and digital illustration. We combine traditional techniques like pencil and ink drawing with digital art to create unique pieces with their own identity.

Every piece is born from an idea, an emotion or a story worth telling. Our goal is to turn your memories and concepts into lasting art, whether it's a family portrait, a tattoo design or an illustration for your space.

In addition to selling original works, we accept custom commissions. If you have a project in mind, don't hesitate to write to us. We'll be happy to hear your idea and make it a reality.

Frequently Asked Questions

We answer the most common questions about commissions, timelines, payments and shipping before you start your project.

Choose a portrait plan or send us a custom request. If you choose a plan, pay securely via Stripe and we'll start working on your commission. If you prefer a custom project, fill out the form and we'll get back to you with a no-obligation quote within 48 hours.

Delivery time depends on the plan: Essential 5-7 days, Detailed 7-14 days, Physical 10-18 days (plus shipping). Custom projects are agreed individually.

We accept credit/debit card payments, Google or Apple Wallet and PayPal through Stripe, a globally trusted secure payment platform. Your data is protected and we do not store any banking information.

Yes. Each plan includes a number of free revisions. For additional changes beyond those included, you can add the extra revision add-on during the purchase process.

We ship to Spain and the United Kingdom. For any other country or questions, please contact us directly and we'll provide information.

Digital plans are delivered in high-resolution JPG/PNG format, ready to print or share. Physical plans include the high-quality printed piece, and if you added the frame extra, it will arrive framed and ready to hang.

Physical pieces are shipped with special protective packaging to prevent damage during transport. The shipment includes a tracking number so you can locate your package at all times.

As this is a custom-made product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once work has begun (pursuant to Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). If you change your mind before work starts, you can cancel at no cost. For any issues, contact us and we'll sort it out.
